AFFAIR REPAIR

INTENSIVE

Four focused, compassionate hours to rebuild safety and create a plan to heal—together. Most couples can start within 1–2 weeks, in Hopkins, MN (Minneapolis area) or virtually.

If you’re here, you may be in the hardest season your relationship has ever faced.

If you’re the betrayed partner, your mind may not stop spinning. You replay details, search for what you missed, and wake up with questions you can’t put down. That isn’t you being “too much”—it’s your brain doing exactly what it’s supposed to do after a deep hurt.

If you’re the betraying partner, you may be carrying heavy guilt. You want to make this right, but every attempt to help seems to land wrong, and you’re not sure what your partner actually needs from you.

Together, you keep having the same painful conversation and getting nowhere. And when you try to set it aside, it doesn’t feel any better.

Here’s what I want you to know: this is not a sign your relationship is over. It’s a sign you need a clear, safe path forward—and someone steady to walk it with you. There are proven tools to help couples heal from betrayal and come out the other side closer and more connected than ever before.

And you don’t have to wait. When you’ve just found out about an affair, every day can feel unbearable. I keep intensive time open on Tuesdays and Fridays, so most couples can get in within one to two weeks. Send me a message to schedule soon.

How your four hour intensive feels

Where are you, and what do you need? We slow things down. I’ll get to know both of you, understand where your relationship is right now, and help you name what you each most need from our time together.

Hour 1 · Together

The full picture. I meet with each of you one-on-one—a private, judgment-free space to say what feels too hard to say in front of each other, process what happened, and get clear on what you need to move forward.

Hours 2 & 3 · Individually

Your plan forward. We come back together and map out clear, concrete steps for rebuilding trust and safety. You’ll leave with specific next steps and homework—knowing exactly what to do next, and how to do it as a team.

Hour 4 · Together

Healing happens in a specific order. We’ll find where you are—and take the next step together.

You’ll leave your intensive with:

  • Clarity on where your relationship stands and what each of you needs

  • A shared understanding of the road ahead, so you’re no longer guessing

  • Clear, concrete next steps and homework to practice at home

  • A recommendation for what comes next—whether that’s another intensive or ongoing couples therapy

  • Hope that’s grounded in an actual plan

Investment: $1,600 for the full 4-hour intensive.

In my work with couples after betrayal, I’ve seen the same path lead to real healing again and again. Many couples get stuck because they try to skip ahead to “why did this happen?” before the betrayed partner feels safe. Your intensive is designed around that path:

  1. Get everything on the table. Honest, calm answers to the questions that keep the betrayed partner’s mind spinning—without hiding details that will break trust again later.

  2. Restore a sense of safety. Practical, specific agreements that help the betrayed partner’s brain begin to trust that the betrayal is no longer happening.

  3. Understand why—and prevent it from happening again. Once safety is rebuilt, we look inward at what led here so you can build a stronger, more secure bond than before.
